Level 1 · Skin Reset

A gentle, low-downtime approach to overall skin quality.

Best for: Younger patients. Early sun damage. Limited downtime.

Includes: 3 × superficial 3D Miracl treatments · 3 × peel and LED sessions · post-care kit.

Treatment plan: Three laser sessions, four weeks apart. Peel and LED sessions ten to fourteen days after each laser.

Downtime: One to three days of redness. Light shedding by day three or four.

What it improves: Pigmentation, superficial scarring, skin texture. Stimulates collagen for long-term skin glow.

Level 2 · Skin Correction

A stronger, targeted treatment to correct visible concerns.

Best for: Acne scarring. Lines and wrinkles. Pigmentation and sun damage. Enlarged pores. Uneven texture.

Includes: The treatment · 3 × LED Healite sessions post-treatment · post-care kit.

Treatment plan : Two to three treatments, four to six weeks apart.

Downtime: Approximately five days. Redness, swelling, crusting which settles at day 5. This is a medical procedure with risks

Level 3 · Advanced Skin Restructuring & The UltraClear Lift.

Doctor only. The deepest correction.

Best for Skin laxity — lower face, jawline, neck. Pitted acne scars. Deeper lines and folds. Advanced sun damage. Removal of seborrheic keratoses. Patients seeking significant results.

Includes Laser Coring with multi-pass UltraClear, customised by Dr Grant. The Extensive Laser Coring Package adds post-procedural exosomes, the premium post-care kit (Alastin Skin Nectar and full skin care, RRP $500), up to six LED Healite sessions, and a vascular laser session at four weeks to repair skin and reduce post-procedural redness.

Comprehensive Assessment & Treatment

A consultation with our team is required before treatment to ensure the best outcome. This allows us to tailor your treatment safely and effectively using the full capabilities of UltraClear, provide clear instructions regarding skin preparation and post care tips, and align your expectations with the technology we have on hand.

The cost of a consultation with Dr Grant is $250 and includes a medical assessment, Peel and LED light treatment, test patch, clinical photography and a $50 voucher to use for home care or towards a Peel or Laser Treatment.

Once you have decided on your treatment plan , the journey is as follows:

  • Skin preparation: A tailored two-to-four-week routine — antioxidants, retinol, hydration, mixed with peels & Laser Genesis to maximise your skin barrier function - strong skin tolerates and recovers from laser more rapidly and with better results. We don't skip this.

  • Treatment: Superficial and medium depth treatments are performed by a dermal therapist or Registered Nurse. Advanced Ultraclear and Laser Coring are doctor only procedures, performed Dr Grant. Local anaesthetic and oral analgesia where required. Post-care kit and detailed instructions provided

  • Recovery , support & review: LED Healite sessions in the days following. Check-ins from our team. A follow-up consultation at 6 - 12 weeks to review progress and plan maintenance. Ultraclear Laser FAQs

  • Does UltraClear hurt?

    ---------------------

    Superficial “3D Miracl” treatments have minimal discomfort and no local anaesthetic is used. Deeper treatments A topical anaesthetic is applied 60 minutes before treatment. Patients describe the sensation as warm and prickly, eased by the device's continuous cooling. Stronger oral pain relief is available for deeper treatments and prescribed by Dr Grant in advance.

  • It depends on the level. Skin Reset (3D Miracl) is 2- 3 days. Skin Correction UltraClear is around five days. Advanced Restructuring is five to six days. We plan your treatment around your calendar.

  • UltraClear Laser uses new technology including fibre delivery of energy, meaning energy delivery is in short pulses. This means it is less likely to cause post inflammatory pigmentation that other ablative lasers. 3D Miracl mode can be performed on darker skin types. Deeper modes (UltraClear/Coring ) require skin preparation using medical grade home care (topical ± oral medication) for 6 weeks prior to treatment.

  • This depending on the settings used. 3DMiracl is done as a series of at least 3 treatments, spaced monthly. Most patients see significant results from two to threeUltraClear treatments. Laser Coring may only need one to 2 treatments, but this will always depend on the skin concerns you have, and the results you are trying to acheive. Maintenance is recommended every one to two years. Dr Grant will design a personalised plan at your consultation.

    Yes — and we often do. Ultraformer, Rejuran, Biostimulators and Hydrating treatments complement UltraClear results. These are discussed at consultation.

  • If you have a UltraClear Laser or Laser Coring, and you have opted to take strong oral pain relief, you cannot drive yourself. Please arrange a lift, taxi or rideshare.

  • We use the Synergie Post Care Kit as apart of thr Skin Reset (3D Miracl) programme. This contains a cleanser, SPF and moisturser.

    Stronger ablative treatments require a post care kit to reduce infection in the first few days- and include a antiseptic spray, hydrating serum, healing balm, sterile gauze, physical SPF, and a thick moisturiser. Detailed instructions are provided. Our team supports you through the first two weeks and will check in regularly.

  •  UltraClear delivers energy via fibre optics, allowing for greater precision, faster treatment and reduced thermal damage. UltraClear also uses a different wavelength- 2910nm. These technological advantages mean that the discomfort during and after treatment is less than CO2 and the healing time is significantly shorter.

  • Ablative lasers, including UltraClear, have been shown in clinical research to reduce sun-damaged skin cells associated with non-melanoma skin cancer risk*.
