Dr Jemima Grant is the owner and founder of Thrive Skin Clinic. An award winning General Practitioner, Jemima has over 20 years of experience in medicine, with fellowships in both General Practice & Aesthetic Medicine and Membership of the Australasian Menopause Society. Jemima also completed the Aesthetics Mastery Programme involving mentoring with Dr Tim Pearce, an international aesthetic medicine expert.
Dr Grant has a special interest in multi-modality treatments, combining evidence based home care, aesthetic treatments and Ultraclear laser with attention to underlying metabolic and hormonal health.
This approach is suited to patients wanting more than just simple “injections” - DR Grant works with patients to restore general health, hormonal and metabolic balance, and address skin health using lasers, Regenerative injectables and PRP to achieve health from a cellular level. Beautiful skin is just the downstream effect!
She is one of a handful of doctors in Australia to use Ultraclear laser with Laser Coring- a ground breaking cold fibre ablative laser to address sun damage, scarring and skin laxity.

Jac is a Cosmetic Registered Nurse who enjoys all aspects skin and aesthetic medicine. Over the last 10 years, she has followed her passion to become an aesthetic nurse, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables.
Jac is a pragmatic clinician who likes to keep things simple and natural. Her flagship offering is our Signature Treatments, which combines low energy gentle lasers with peels and traditional injectable medical treatments.
Jac advocates for natural looking results through combining traditional injectables with modalities that stimulate collagen and improve skin quality such as Rejuran, Emcyte PRP, IPL, Vascular laser and UltraClear ablative laser.
She finds her job incredibly rewarding and enjoys guiding patients through their skin and aesthetic journey, helping to enhance skin health, natural beauty and boost self-confidence.
You can find her in the clinic on Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays.

Sandra is our clinic manager /mum. She has a background in Spa management and a lifelong passion for all things aesthetic, having worked in the industry for over a decade.
Sandra is an enrolled nurse and will complete her Registered Nurse training at the end of 2026. Her goal is to work as a Cosmetic Medicine practitioner. She will be mentored by Dr Grant in both laser and injectables over the next few years so watch this space!
Sandra works to provide exceptional customer service and educate patients on evidence based medical grade home care, memberships and all our service offerings.
Nadine B.Sc (Biomedical), Grad Dip (Nat), B.App.Sc (Nat Studies), Masters Reproductive Medicine Clinical Naturopath with an interest in Women’s Health & hormones.
Nadine is a university-qualified naturopath and herbalist who specialises in the women’s health throughout the lifecycle.
Nadine offers support for women seeking help with concerns such as menstrual issues (irregular, heavy or painful periods), post-oral contraceptive pill syndrome, Adenomyosis & Endometriosis, menstrual mood disorders (PMS/ PMDD), Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Sub-fertility as well as the perimenopause transition. Nadine also works with her clients to manage inflammatory skin issues related to hormonal imbalance, gut dysbiosis or stress.
