  1. All packages are prepaid only.

  2. Please note the cancellation policy for package treatment sessions: a fee of 100% of the booked treatment will be used as a fee for any appointment cancelled within 48 hours or non attendance. ie the full cost of your packaged service for that day will be taken.

  3. All new clients require an Initial Consultation treatments with a clinician. Consultation & treatment may be done on the same day- please contact us via email info@thriveskinclinic.com.au if you would like to do this as we need to allocate sufficient time.

  4. For patients booking a Laser or IPL Treatments: do not have an artificial spray or self tan for 3 weeks on the treatment areas- we will not treat you and charge the full fee if you have had a spray or self tan and present to your appointment

  5. Every patient has different skin, metabolic heath and genes- this means every person will get a different outcome from a treatment course. We can’t guarantee results. However we are results driven, innovative and have a lot of options at our disposal- if things change, will be able to offer you a safe treatment.

  6. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if you purchase a package but do not, or cannot complete the course, not matter what the underlying reason. Once purchased there are no refunds.

  7. Specials and packages are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not transferrable, are not able to be swapped for case or credit and are valid from 4 months of purchase, unless indicated otherwise.

  8. Clients are only able to purchase one promotion per person unless specified in the offer.
