• development of an individualised management plan

Ongoing review allows your treatment plan to be adjusted over time.

Where appropriate, management may include evidence-based treatment, including:

• menopausal hormone therapy (MHT)

• contraception

• medical weight management

All recommendations are individualised and based on clinical assessment.

• Initial Consultation:

  • Skin & Cosmetic Consultation — 30 - 45 minutes $250. Medicare rebate may apply where appropriate.

  • Hormonal & Metabolic Consultation — 60 minutes, $450 Medicare Rebate $197.90, Gap Fee $252.10.

• Followup Consultation: 20 minutes $210

  Medicare Rebate $82.90. Gap Fee $ 127.10. via telehealth apart from Annual Review which is done in person.

• Brief Followup 10 minutes $105

  Medicare Rebate $42.85. Gap Fee $62.15

  via telehealth only

  Please note: Thrive Skin Clinic is a private clinic- we do not bulk bill. Our doctors do not not offer routine General Practice consultations, GP Mental Health Plans or GP Management Plans. Please see your normal GP for these concerns.

• tracking relevant symptoms (e.g. menstrual cycle, weight, key symptoms)

• The Balance – Menopause App may be a useful tool.

Deposits: A non refundable deposit is required prior to booking a consultation. If you are unwell or cannot attend, a telehealth consultation can be arranged at the time of your booked appointment. Please see our clinic Terms & Conditions including cancellation policy here.

Add on Consultations: Aesthetic Consultations or Skin treatments can be done during the same visit as your medical consultation- please tell us if you would like to arrange this and we will allocate extra time to your consultation. Please note, no medicare rebate apply to aesthetic consultations.

Telehealth is available where appropriate. Medicare rebates for telehealth apply only if eligibility criteria are met.
