General clinic terms

  1. Please set your phones to silent mode upon entering the clinic.

  2. You are welcome to bring your children if you require, but for safety reasons children are not permitted in treatment rooms. If you need to bring your kids, call to book a less busy spot and our reception staff will be happy to help out if you can’t find a sitter!

  3. If you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment or will be running late, please give us a call so we can make arrangements to suit.

 

 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We do our best to accomodate for unforeseen circumstances and will do what we can to reschedule a missed appointment. However, our appointments are precious!

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, we will charge a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the treatment price. In the case of pre-paid packages, treatment will be forfeited and you will not be able to use this treatment at a later date.

If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days prior to your appointment.

Refunds

All sales are final.

Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a package, the price of the treatments you have had will be calculated (at the non discounted rate) and credit for the pro rata share of unused treatments (at the discounted package price) will be given.

Any left over credit can be used to purchase other treatments (not products) offered by Thrive Skin Clinic.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are generally valid for 3 years. They are not transferable to another person, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Thrive Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers.

Gift vouchers are not valid with any other offer or special at Thrive Skin Clinic.
